Holiday in Hong Kong/Macau - day 5 Disneyland

Today is my birthday! Mummy arranged the visit to Disneyland today. The ticket cost HK$295 per adult. Wow ex but it is worth it if you are bringing toddlers there.

The MTR station and MTR to Disneyland is different from the normal ones. It's unique with Disney characters
Here we are at Disneyland Resort!
Fountain before the entrance

My dreamland in stone throw distance.......
I got a "Today is my birthday" badge (blue color bage on the right of my chest) from City Hall. Disneyland staff greated me happy birthday when they saw my badge. I am overwhelmed with birthday wishes. I saw 1 toddler and 2 adults wore the birthday badge as well. At the Main Street USA there was a very long queue for taking picture with Mickey and Minnie. Daddy queued in the line. Mummy and I ran after Pluto to take picture with Pluto

We went to the giftshop since it's not our turn to take picture with Mickey and Minnie yet
Mummy took over the queing from daddy for a while he brought me around. Daddy fell and injured his elbow very badly when he tried to protect me from falling while rushing back to the queue to take picture with Mickey and Minnie. I was scared, sad and cried when daddy fell. 1 Disneyland staff urged daddy to go to their first aid house to have his wound treated

Finally our turn after 1 hour plus of queing

We met Goodfy in Tomorrowland after I woke up from my nap

We went to Pirateland

Mummy met her colleague aunty Siew Ling and her family while mummy was taking this picture. Small worldSword in the stone in Fantasyland from King Arthur legend
Merlin the Magician recruits young ladies and squires from throughout the kingdom to test their strength and courage, as the tale goes, "Who so pulleth out this sword of this stone and anvil is rightwise king born of England."
Yee.....yak! Joint effort with daddy still can't pull the sword out. Not borned king

I tried many rides in Fantasyland - Dumbo the flying elephant, Cinderella Carousel. I love the dumbo ride the most cause I could control the ride up and down. I took the ride thrice
Family picture with the statue of Winnie and Pigletz

Picture at Pooh Bear's villa. The picture of Pooh Bear's honey pot was taken by me. Nice?
Picture with Aristocats
Picture with Chic and Dale
There was firework at Sleeping Beauty castle at 8pm. Run to chop a good seat. Actually no chair to seat. We sat on the floor which was already filled with crowd
Firework at Sleeping Beauty castle is going to start. Dun blink your eyes

Isn't it fabulous!

The weather was very hot. The sun was scotching hot. All of us got burnt. Poor mummy got rashes. She said her skin felt like toad's skin and both her arms felt very itchy. Hot weather aside, today is the most fruitful day for this trip. I was very very happy. This made mummy very very happy too.

Holiday in Hong Kong/Macau - day 4

I woke up late this morning. It was 11+am by the time we were ready to go out

We went to Hong Kong zoo and botanical garden in Hong Kong Island. The route there is not as easy as what was stated in the visitor guidebook. We were very lucky to meet a very kind youngster who were going in the same direction as us. He guided us which bus to take and walked us to the entrance of the zoo and botanical garden
At the entrance

Unfortunately it was raining.

These are the pictures I took, not daddy. Good right
We spent most of the time hiding in the children playground and green house I dozed off after we left the zoo and botanical garden Daddy and mummy went to SQ office to check in than off to Mongkok to buy the farmous Tai Cheung egg tart. They even have a website but mummy forgot the address liao. The egg tart is heavenly delicious! Even Chris Patten, the last brittish governor of HK likes to go there and buy their egg tart. It cost HK$4 each

We rushed toTsim Sha Tsui by cab to catch Symphony of light. However, it was a disappointment. The lighting was too glaring and all over the places ie no focus. I didn't know where to look

Holiday in Hong Kong/Macau - day 3

Today we took ferry to Macau after breakfast. The ferry trip took 1 hour to reach Macau. It was raining cats and dogs when we arrived in Macau. Sigh... can't do much. Checked in to Casa Real hotel than went for lunch.
The lobby in Casa Real hotel was full of smoking smell. Cough cough cough......
The rooms were not ready so we went for lunch. The restaurant served boiled porridge water as a drink. Huh??? After lunch we went back to the hotel. Finally the rooms were ready. No need to stay in the lobby and breathe in carbon dioxide.
See what I did. What else, played with the telephone and switches in the room

After Sending lao mah, kong kong, puo puo and aunty Bella to casino, we went back to Hong Kong hoping to catch symphony of light
Mummy and I took picture with a giant tea pot cart and yummy looking tarts at the building where the ferry terminal is before heading to Star Avenue

We reached Tsim Sha Tsui around 8:30pm. Missed the symphony of light. Disappointed.... So walked around Star Avenue and took some pictures before heading back to the hotel

Holiday in Hong Kong/Macau - day 2

Where was I? In the bathroom rushing teeth. Better make it fast. Kong Kong Puo Puo were waiting for us for breakfast

We took buffet breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, shopped at Yu Hua and Wing On shopping centre which are located in front of our hotel. We bought a lot of goodies for give away and for our own consumption

Had wang tan noodles for lunch after shopping. I dozed off after lunch. So went back to the hotel to continue to zzzz......

Had congee and desert for dinner at Sweet Dynasty in Canton Road in Tsim Sha Tsui. This one is finger licking good. Much better in terms and ambiance and value for quality compared to the hei dian. After dinner we got back to hotel to sleep.

What a day. So wasted right

Holiday in Hong Kong/Macau - day 1

I have my 3rd yr old birthday celebration in Hong Kong/Macau this year. Unlike the past 2 years ah gu and aunty didn't go come along as ah gu was unable to apply leave.

We set off on Friday (25th Friday) taking 11am flight SQ862 and came back on Wednesday (30th May) 4pm SQ861. This is my first time taking an aeroplane. I was very excited. Took a cat nap when the plane took off and enjoyed playing in-flight games throughout the entire flight

Though the flight was in the morning, we reached the hotel around 5pm. We stayed in Evergreen Hotel near Jordan MTR station in Kowloon.

I was very happy and sang this song which is mummy's favorite upon checking in to the hotel room

We took dinner at a "hei dian" near the hotel. It cost us HK$500 (equivalent to S$100) for a plate of fried rice, noodles, yao choi, 1/2 chicken and fish fillet for 6 adults and I. Tok chai tao man. Worse of all, the food tasted yucky!

We strolled for a while in Temple Street than go back to hotel sleep zzzz........ The hotel room was freezing cold. Daddy switched off the air-con to sleep.

My birthday cum farewell party in school

Mummy organised a birthday party for me in Kiddy abc today. Unfortunately I deleted all the photos accidentally. Only have a picture of my birthday agar agar (mummy said cake is too common and messy)

and bento set. Mummy gave out bento set and sticker book instead of goody bag

Mummy and aunty brought healthy food - agar agar, fruit salad, wheat square, cookies that mummy baked to school. However, 95% of my classmates don't take healthy food. They spit them out. Aunty said if junk food like potato chips, french fries, fish balls, my classmates sure gobble down like a monster. She knows them very well hahaha.......

Mummy made a card for my teacher Mrs Yeo and her assistant Mdm Seow. She also bought beautiful fostered glass container and put in cookies baked by her to give to them. Mrs Yeo said they will miss me.

I enjoyed the party very much

Mummy's day

We had buffet lunch @ Sukara (my favorite restaurant) to celebrate mother's day. It's a big crowd this year. Besides kong kong, puo puo, daddy, mummy, ah gu, aunty and I, we have lao ma, aunty June and aunty Bella
